Terraces
Open Terrace, an area which comes directly in contact to all the weathering actions of all 3 major seasons and their impacts. Expansion and Contraction phenomena becomes very frequent for such areas. Direct influence of Rains, UV and Cold waves leads to a strong impact on your Terrace slabs. Thus, additional protection in all possible ways becomes necessary here. High end Coatings can be done either on the bare RCC Slab as sandwich layers prior to Traditional BBC work or after the BBC work as exposed layers or even both. There are coatings which apart from RCC surface, can also be applied on surfaces of other base like Cement Mortar, Metal, Aluminium, China Mosaic, Tiles Flooring, PU Foam, Rubber, Gypsum and Cement Boards, Bituminous, EPDM Membranes, etc. Such coatings work well for both, newly constructed property as well as existing structures that are facing major/minor leakage issues.
WCs And Bathrooms
Bathrooms, considered as one of the most critical provisional occupancy in any building where there are maximum chances of water leakage after certain years of construction. Cementitious Acrylic Polymer based coatings are generally practiced these days on the sunken as well as on non-sunken areas of bathrooms.
