The service sector includes Strengthening works of all types of Residential/Commercial/Industrial RCC structures. The category includes High Strength Grouting works, Corrosion treatments, Rebar & Jacketing works of all major RCC components like Beams, Columns, Slabs, Footings, etc.
Buildfix Ladder follows a well-defined Standard Specified process to execute such Structural Strengthening works. This includes majorly, a thorough Investigation approach of the actual site condition & the distress occurred followed by its Audit works, Report files, RCC testing including appropriate NDTs/PDTs and Chemical tests as required, framing right Methodology of work to be carried out & introducing advance Chemicals & Materials, executing the prepared Methodology assuring Quality & Serviceability criteria for long term.
Steel Treatment Works
Rusted or Corroded reinforcement steel bars are treated and cleaned mechanically and chemically using manual tools and high end Rust Removing chemicals. Corrosion Inhibitors are used as protective coats so as to protect the steel from further corrosion.
Grouting Works
To maintain the integral homogeneity and fill the voids of any RCC component, grouting of either by high strength Cementitious, Epoxy or Polyurethane base material is done.
Rebar & Jacketing Works
High strength Grouts or even Micro concreting is done into the newly fixed rebars or reinforced jacket to the RCC component so as to strengthen the treated component and the corresponding structure for its prolong life.
