About Our MD
Er. Chandan Kumawat being a Structural Engineer by qualification is representing Buildfix Ladder (The Building Doctor) having his expertise as a Structural Consultant in various RCC Structural Repairs and Advance Chemical based Waterproofing works. Starting his journey as an Academician in Civil Engineering domain, his passion of sharing and gaining knowledge has always provoked him to learn and deliver more and more to the seeking aspirants in the subject of Structural Health Diagnosis. His subjects of interest and expertise include Concrete Technology, Advance CT, Advance Construction Chemicals and Admixtures, Forensic Structural Engineering, Structural and Non Structural Cracks Studies, Corrosion Studies, Conditional Health Assessment of RCC Structures, RCC Structural Repair and Rehabilitation, Structural Strengthening and Advance Waterproofing Techniques, etc.
He has delivered and attended various National Level Technical Seminars and Webinars, Workshops and Training Sessions, Expert Lectures PAN India. His core studies are published in International Journal too.
As a Building Doctor, he focuses purely onto RCC Structural Health Monitoring and Assessment searching and analyzing the root cause of any Structural damage or distress and its extent followed by providing a long term remedy post analysis for its healthier life performance.
